Self-Discovery Retreat

"Know Yourself" is an 8-day international ayahuasca retreat conducted entirely in English, located in the Eden-like healing sanctuary of Kapau Valley within the Diamantina Plateau National Park. This retreat is designed for those who yearn to slow down, explore inward, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

This retreat is not about forcibly changing yourself, but rather about creating suitable conditions for the natural manifestation of inner clarity: a safe environment, professional guidance, beneficial practices, and space to breathe again. Through carefully arranged rituals, daily mindfulness practices, and deep rest in nature, "Knowing Yourself" will help you honestly face yourself, unload your burdens, and return to life with clearer thoughts, a more focused state, and a deeper self-awareness.

All arrangements are by invitation only, respecting your pace, boundaries, and healing process.
